[Matlab-emacs-discuss] when starts the gud menu in all buffers

Hi

I just realized when I start the matlab-shell, the gud menu pops up in
all buffers. The problem with this is that overwrites also certain 
keybindings of  other modes.

Any idea how to deal with this. I eye balled all my matlab relevant
files but could not find anything.
