Thanks for this, we just opened a git repo at sourceforge,

git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/matlab-emacs/src matlab-emacs-src

And some of use are going to apply patches to this repo (maybe in the
future we will switch to github anyhow).

Could you please change the pointer for MELPA accordingly?
