[Matlab-emacs-discuss] CVS git, sourceforge git state of art

There have not been more comments on the issue we discussed. That is why
I propose the following:

    -  @Eric: could you please open a git account on sourceforge and
       tell us what to do to get write access? I would then push the
       converted git repo. I would then also try to apply the patches I
       am aware of (2). Eric if there are more please let me know.

    -  @github users: any volunteer to setup a github account and a
       *mirror* for sourceforge which could host matlab-emacs? I think
       the name for that account and its url are important.

    -  in due time we can decide to move to github completely or just
       have a mirror.
