Thanks! I did not know about it and I even see that I was using 3.3.1
while the mpla version is 3.3.2, which contains new stuff, but not the
patch I talked about and started this whole thread.

Once we have decided and  most likely moved to github, I will try to
apply the patch which is a patch to 3.3.1, so some merging should be
done.
