[Matlab-emacs-discuss] regarding gud

On Dec 2, Eric confirmed a Mr. Tunc Aydin's observation that gud no longer
seems to behave correctly with emacs.

I too am experiencing similar symptoms on ubuntu emacs 24.3.1.

I am unaware of having upgraded my emacs so I don't know precisely what
changed.  Perhaps my periodic running of "sudo apt-get upgrade" has indeed
changed a submodule of emacs causing what Eric has described as a change in
the debugger output format.
