#98 Make preset details available as user settings

For instance, whether the questions should be numbered or not, the sheet's header, title etc., whether the questions should be shuffled etc.
Let the presets for sheet, exercise (and question?) be read from user settings. Group them by category, like default or for mental calculation, for slideshows etc.
