Look (ack) for xml and XML in docs/

Remove explanations about xml files (replaced by yaml files)
Don't mention libxml2 as dependency anymore

Explain block choices in simple questions (see example in exam of white belt, 2d stripe)

Fix the required python version(s) in overview and installation-related explanations, once tox is used to test through several python versions (-> open a new ticket about this). Also test the last version under Ubuntu? (already done by travis-ci actually)
