[Mathlib-update] status at the end of the year

the year 2006 is coming to its end. A lot has been archieved at JMathLib.

Please find a list of new functions committed to CVS after the release 
of 0.7.0. These functions will be included in the next release. In case
you already would like to use them, please check them out from CVS:

Many of these functions have been taken over from the Octave project.
