[Mathlib-update] SwingGUI 1.4.0 released

Hi,

version 1.4.0 of the mathlib swing graphical interface has been released.



1.4.0          release: 24th oct 2003

General Notes

GN0008.  All the strings are loaded from .PROPERTIES files.
          This system allow a lot of user customization.
          You should take a look on it ;-)
          By the moment it allows change some settings like menu 
strings, menu
          mnemonics, some error messages, etc...
GN0009.  Workspaces can be saved/loaded to/from a file.
          A workspace is file with the main window text (everything)
          The command history is extracted from this text.
