Dear BB, I don't have such errors on windows. Maybe your problem comes from renaming the directories from JMathLib to MathLib. I think it should be possible to run JMathLib on linux by downloading the ZIP file and running java -cp bin jmathlib.ui.awt.GUI in the top directory. Please comment.
