#7 Add support for Gtk 4 widget class

I looked up the discussion feeds and found that this has been planned many years ago. Will MathGL supports a Gtk 4 widget class, just like Fl_MathGL, QMathGL, and wxMathGL? Since Gtk is very popular, it would be very nice if this can be realized.
