[Math-editor-updates] New Math Toolbar release!

Hello,

On June 24, I released a new version of the Math toolbar. It includes
- the renaming of the code comments and code itself from french to
english, enabling new potential developers to join my effort
- the use of a preference file instead of auto-modify code enabling to
get rid off the McAfee Antivirus detecting the template as a potential
Virus.
