#17 GetPmake in config.c hangs on FreeBSD

config.c tries to use CmndResults(NULL, "make -v |
fgrep GNU") to find out GNU make. This, however,
doesn't work on FreeBSD because the -v option for the
make utility on FreeBSD means verbose, and another
"make config" task will be started causing the
configure process to hang waiting for input. We should
not use "make -v" first to figure out GNU make.

Fixed in basefile, should be available in 3.3.9.

Should be fixed in 3.3.9. I will remove error report when
confirmed. If anyone else tries 3.3.9, I'd appreciate a
note saying if this problem is indeed fixed.
