#116 problem with x-input method

I use xvnkb (http://xvnkb.sourceforge.net) to enter Vietnamese. However there's a problem when working with mrxvt. Xvnkb uses XIM and it works on every single applications I've worked with. However, when running mrxvt, these behaviors are seen:

On v0.5.x, When started, mrxvt will work with whatever the state of xvnkb (disabled or enable) at that instant and change-on-the-fly doesn't work like other apps. I.e. if xvnkb is enabled and I started mrxvt, then I will always be able to type Vietnamese [within mrxvt only], whether xvnkb is disabled or not.

This is quite strange because on v0.4.2, Everything works fine, the way it should be.
