error "Equations are in the wrong order"

Hi There,

I just started to use the Matcont. I tried to solve the differential equation. However, when I clicked ok to create the system, I encountered an error statement "Equations are in the wrong order, compared to the coordinates". At the same time, it will automatic create blank rows between equations.

Attached is the image of the equations and error. Any help would be appreciated.
