Jacobian calculation

    Dear sourceforge community,

    I hope everyone of you is safe and healthy.

    Is there a way to access the jacobian of an already computed curve in matcont? Either from the GUI or from the .mat output files?

      You could use the matcont routine cjac, look into the file to see the precise arguments.

      Note that the eigenvalues are stored in the variable f after continuation.

    Thank you for the immediate response. I want to conduct a participation analysis between my system´s states and eigenvalues, so I would need the proper matrix, before using the eigenvalues.
