Thank you for the immediate response. I want to conduct a participation analysis between my system´s states and eigenvalues, so I would need the proper matrix, before using the eigenvalues.

You could use the matcont routine cjac, look into the file to see the precise arguments.
Note that the eigenvalues are stored in the variable f after continuation.
