Whenever I would like to plot say all imaginary parts of the eigenvalues along an equilibrium path, I obtain a message:
Error D2
Subscript indices must either be real positive integers or logicals.
Plotting these values one by one works fine.
BTW, If I ask to plot eigenvalues in the plot window and also include a curve of limit cycles to plot (e.g. just by pressing "Redraw diagram" instead of "Redraw curve"), strange things happen. Another curve is selected as the current curve and also the plot options are reset.
