#24 ptolemy interface

ptolemy (http://ptolemy.eecs.berkeley.edu) could be
used as a graphical programming environment. While its
main emphasis is on simulation of control logic, there
wouldn't seem to be any reason why it couldn't also do
control itself; particularly in situations where having
a model of the process in question is useful (so that
ptolemy would model the process, and then control
according to the combination of the model and sensor
inputs).

ptolemy is written in Java.
