#21 increase default gmm/cmm size

The default gmm and cmm sizes should be set larger, so
that they don't need to be manually increased for quite
small projects. They should default to sufficient size
to handle perhaps 1000 points; alternatively, they
should auto-size according to the number of points in
the config file.
