ModWorm
ModWorm is a Worms/Liero like game, but it is much more configurable than Worms/Liero. You can create your own levels, "mods", missions, or whole Liero-like games (a.k.a. total conversions). This project has been abandoned.
GUSANOS
GUSANOS is a 2D worms like game. GUSANOS is an open-source clone of the DOS game Liero. It currently works on Windows and Linux. In the game each player controls a small worm armed to the teeth and fights other worms in a destructible battleground. It can be described as "Real-time Worms" or "2D Quake", or a combination of both. The gameplay is as close as possible to Liero's. Hardcore Liero players will feel at home. Newbies, on the other hand, may find the controls hard to dominate at first, but not less enjoyable. Practice makes perfect. GUSANOS improves greatly on what the original Liero left, adding modern graphics, audio and networking capabilites along with a myriad of other features. The GUSANOS engine is fully moddable. It achieves this in a Quake-like fashion, so that each mod lives in its own folder without messing with the core game files.
M.A.R.S. - a ridiculous Shooter
This is a first attempt to create a game in OpenGL with SFML. It is a game for two players, flying with ships in a two-dimensional space setting, governed by the laws of gravity. There are several game modes and a lot of weapons.
CrashPoint - The experiment failed
"CrashPoint - The experiment failed" is a mix of the "Worms" game and realtime-action (like Quake), but in 2D. So it is a little bit like "Liero". The game is written in Delphi and for Win32 platforms.
milero - a liero/molez clone
Another Liero/Molez (real-time worms) clone written in Java, all basic things works, network-play, graphics, weapons and basic physics. The project needs some new fire and ideas though! Please visit project website for more information how to run it
