#39 Strange mkgen.pl's <project-directory> argument behaviour.

No

<project-directory> argument passed to mkgen.pl seems to be
ignored. Even if I specify only one subdirectory of the root directory,
mkgen.pl will process all mkgen.gen in all subdirectories of the
root dir.

Also specifying invalid <project-directory> has no
efect - no warning report, no error. This behaviour is really bad when
finding out "why-the-hell-it-doesn't-work".

Also starting mkgen from within a different directory
than "root" (ie. the mkgen directory is a subdirectory) fails
    regardless of root-directory option setting.

    <project-directory> bug fixed.
    Root directory works for me.
Note: use foward slashes and relative paths.
