#2 HTML album lists conversion

This tool uses an exported track-listing from
MP3TagTools to generate album-lists and export them to
html for nice viewing.
All colors and styles are defined in the head-section of
the html.
Currently only id3v2 tracklists are parsed.
Also checks for available pictures, sfv & nfo files and
lyrics.
