#53 Unicode support
I'd admit that it's a great tool but it would be greater if
it support unicode file name. I'm having the difficulty to
open mp3 files which have unicode in either directory
name or file name. MTT just cannot see them.
I actually want to make MTT able to convert the tags
between native language encoding and unicode. If
someone there can solve the problem of opening unicode
files, I would like to contribute on converting language
encoding.

unicode support for ID3v2.x tags is a desired but major
addition to the code, it would require that "id3lib" that MTT
uses becomes fully unicode compliant, ID3v1.1 however can
only be ASCII due to its limited 128 byte length. I get very
little time nowdays to work on MTT, any additional coders
would be very helpful...
