#52 Working directory - with constraints

Couldn't it be great if, when opening the working
directory, we would add som constraints like "show
every file in this dir except for those with(-out) this
string/number/RegExp in their filenames/ID1/2 tag(s)/".

Since most of us have large MP3 directories but don't
wanna load 10GB+ of files and/or making "risky"
renaming/tagediting actions to "all" these files (since
a lot of them doesn't need any editing)
