#56 Track numbering

There is no way to setup the program to keep 0 infront
of track numbers 1-9 and this is a very usefull
feature. You can use 0 for file names however there is
no 0 in the id3 tag itself and if you manually enter it
it gets removed when you try to save the file. I am not
sure if this feature is even suported buy id3lib though
so if it's no please excuse this report.

it is not possible to store it as such in id3v1.1 but its possible
in id3v2.x to have track no.s like 01 etc. As of now such an
option for track numbers displayed in the 2 id3 lists to show
a leading zero is not implemented...John G
