If nothing else, I'm going to write my own complete (mostly) application and then at least post it here as a repository. But I intend on doing this, eventually. What I've been doing and benchmarking so far shows that a very fast client can be written. Admittedly I'm probably more mod_perl than HTML::Mason but at this point I don't care. I'm writing something and it's still fun.
