#3 @ should not be in file and directory names

The @MY@ directories should be eliminated, since it
does not work on windows. Either perllib should refer
implicitly to that particular directory (so
modules/X/perllib is synced to target/perllib/My), or
some other solution is to be given. If perllib is used
directly, base/@MY@.pm.in should be handled somehow. I
think it should simply be put under @MY@/Main.pm.
