#13 Add a generic mechanism for logging a complete brewing process.

This is a generalized approach for a suggestion of Claude Vanoni. Every brewer has a different setup, equipment and workflow.
That means we need to add a generic logging or workflow mechnism that can be adaopted/ editted by the user.
This workflow mechnism shall be started by the user and the user shall be able to complete the workflow step by step. One result shall be a complete log of the brewing process including all timestamps, worksteps, temperature curves etc.
