#1 ROI activation

Hello,
I've just strarted using marsbar and managed to define a region
of interest as well as getting the level of significance of the
activated voxels and so on... I did this on a special run, using a
block design.
The problem is that when i want to apply that ROI to the
contrasts obtained in my other (experimental) runs (event-
related designs) it doesn't work. I tried to import the relevant
contrasts, but marsbar only gives me the option to import
contrasts from the run i used to define my ROI.
This makes it impossible to statisticallly compare activation
within the ROI in different conditions. Am I doing something
wrong?
