#9 modify voxel size default

Hi all,
I wonder if it's possible to change the voxel size default somewhere in the MarsBar code (I didn't find where)? I tried to change the "base space for ROI" via the GUI (with the mean of the functional images) but it didn't work , each ROIs built with MarsBar still have a voxel size of 2x2x2, and anyway it would be really faster to change directly the defaults.

I'm afraid it is necessary to have a base-space for the ROIs - that includes the voxel dimensions and the affine orientation matrix.

Could you give more detail what you did, that didn't work, after you change the base-space of the ROIs, so I can try and replicate?

Alright, so I tried to import a nii image (IN_L_conj.nii, attached) to marsbar format. Thus, first I tried to change the resolution by adding the group mask (AllMask.nii, attached) in Option/Edit options/ Base space for ROI. Then ROI definition/import/number labelled ROI --> my cluster. It works well but the resulution of the image created is 2x2x2 (see IN_L_conj_2.mat attached).
