[Mars-sim-users] New development snapshot for v2.80

Fellow mars-simmers,

There were some bugs in version 2.79 related to creating new simulations and
loading saved simulations through the UI.  The program was retaining map
data from the previous running simulation and this was taking up a
considerable amount of memory and bogging down performance.

The work around is to close the program, which automatically saves the
running simulation, then start it up again, which automatically loads the
default saved simulation without the memory problems.

I was able to track down and fix the bug in the development code base for
the next version, 2.80.  I uploaded a snapshot of the code base on the
project's website if you'd like to try it.  It's beta quality, but should
run fine and it includes the new mission tool.  We've still got a few bugs
to fix and features to implement before 2.80 release.
