You can download the Mars Simulation Project from the project's download
page:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/mars-sim/MarsProject_2.79.zip

If you're having troubles with downloading the file from there, I put the
latest version on the project's web site here:
http://mars-sim.sourceforge.net/download/MarsProject_2.79.zip

The file is a bit too large (~14mb) to send as an email attachment.
