Hi Scott/Lars,

I'm adding izpack-maven-plugin to mars-sim-ui's pom.xml and starting to
play with it.

The combined total of its files is only 2.3MB (uncompressed)

Hopefully, this installer will take away the anxiety of users who are
unfamiliar with java and what jar is.
