[Mars-sim-developers] safety drill

Hi Scott/Lars,

I'm planning to add the concept of safety training and emergency drill as
either a Mission or just a Task.

This probably necessitates a new super class responsible for getting a
group of settlers to meet together.

Do let me know any ideas you have in mind.
