Hi Manny,

I set MarsProject_3.1.0_SNAPSHOT_build_3713.zip as the default download for
the project.  To set a file in the project's file section as the default
download, click the "i" icon to the right of the file and in the lower
right check all of the check boxes for the appropriate systems it should be
the default download for.  I find it takes a minute or so for the web site
to switch over to the new default download after doing that.

Also I made you an admin on the SourceForge website so that you can handle
file releases and such.  I've been absent from the project for a while now
and I want to make sure you guys have the administrative rights to do what
you need to do with the project and the web site.
