How have you been lately?

Question: how do I change the latest download file from
MarsProject_3.07.zip to MarsProject_3.1.0_SNAPSHOT_build_3713.zip in
Sourceforge's File tab?

SF reported that there have been 153 hits in downloading the old 3.07
version and 21 hits in the new 3.1.0 snapshot.

I'm hoping that by getting users test-play the new features in 3.1.0
snapshot version, we can get users more involved as they provide
feedback/comments before we release the final 3.1.0 version.
