I'm happy to announce that Version 3.06 of the Mars Simulation Project
has been released.

Version 3.06 includes to following changes:

* New hallways and connection hatches between settlement buildings.
* People now walk in shortest interior paths between buildings.
* People now avoid exterior obstacles such as vehicles and buildings
when walking outside.
* Improved building/hallway placement when constructing new buildings
or resupply from Earth.
* Adding initial internationalization with German, Dutch, and
Esperanto language translations based on localization (st.pa and Lars
Christensen).
* Code refactoring: replacing string constants with enums (st.pa)
* UI improvements and lots of bug fixes.
