(rev. 2571) line 453 change "equals" to "equalsIgnoreCase" to fix the 
problematic production of LUVs that instead appear as other rovers.

now i found out how to run the checked out mavenized sources with my own 
changes, but not yet found out how to check for updates in repository, 
only complete checkout seems to work, which is no option for me (very 
slow connection), and have not yet figured out how to submit my fixes 
back to repository. would appreciate hints, thanx in advance
