I'm happy to announce that Version 3.04 of the Mars Simulation Project has
been released.

Version 3.04 includes to following changes:

* Local X,Y locations for people and vehicles in the simulation.
* Vehicles displayed on the settlement map tool.
* New arriving settlements can be created/edited with the resupply tool.
* A new tutorial window that displays when a new simulation is created
(Lars).
* Many more bug fixes, tweaks, and performance improvements.
