When building a human settlement on Mars, we find 3
problems 

The first problem is the big size of residential units

The second problem is the big weight or mass of residential
units

The third problem the cost of sending to Mars
residential units

 

I have a idea to build a colony on Mars from small
building units made of aluminum and collected together in rows by threads to
build the walls of  residential units

 

Advantages of construction system by the small building
units

1- Can be manufactured ( small building units )by robot on Mars from the chemical elements that
exist on the surface of Mars

2- Can be collected
together ( small building units ) in rows by threads and building the walls of  residential units by an other robot

3- It can be used in build strong walls and
thick

4- It can be used
in  build any design for residential
units or your design 

5- It can be used in increase the volume of residential
unit

6- any part can be re-used for building an other thing
in the colony without the need to machines or energy
