I'm attempting to use the latest d/l with the 3.04 JAR file, however when I run it, it calls itself 3.02, and the resupply tool is busted, I cannot create a new resupply, when I attempt to I can do everything as far as filling it out, but when I attempt to click the "create" button it does nothing, the window doesn't close, it doesn't make the event, if I hit cancel I can continue on but with no resupply.

Hi Will. I apologize for this late response, but I've been sick with the flu for the last week and I'm still catching up on my messages.
The fact that it's showing version 3.02 on the UI when you run version 3.04 means something is messed up. Did you download a zip/tarball file of 3.04, extract it, then run the program from there? Or are you using the webstart link to run the program?
I remember there being a bug in an older version (perhaps 3.02) of the resupply tool where if you included a light utility vehicle in a resupply it would fail. That has been fixed since then.
So first let's make sure you're running version 3.04.

I downloaded a fresh copy of the 3.04 zip on my Windows 7 box this morning, extracted it, and ran it without problems (or showing version 3.02). I wasn't able to recreate the problem.
This may be a long shot, but is it possible that when you extracted the contents of the zip file, it copied over an existing "mars-sim" directory from the 3.02 version? If the 3.02 jar files are in the jars subdirectory, the program may be looking for classes in those jars first and creating this problem. This may explain why it says version 3.02 on the UI.
If you see the following files in the "jars" subdirectory:
mars-sim-services-3.02.jar
mars-sim-config-3.02.jar
mars-sim-mapdata-3.02.jar
mars-sim-core-3.02.jar
mars-sim-ui-3.02.jar
mars-sim-main-3.02.jar
Try deleting those files and running again. Ultimately it would be best to delete the entire mars-sim directory and cleanly extract it from the zip file.
Please let me know if this works. I'm not what else could be causing this problem.

Pulled the zip. Extracted. Ran the file labelled 304.
Sorry you're sick Scott, I hope you feel better soon.
