If you have the resupply missions, the number of people in the 'all people' monitor window doesn't change, it stays 120. Same for the vehicules etc. They are there, because if you check the inhabitants of the bases, there are more people listed. Bug?

I've confirmed that this is a bug. The monitor table model for people, vehicles and settlements takes a snapshop copy of the simulation's collection of those units. When new units are added, the monitor tool doesn't add those in.
I think I know how to fix this. I'll try to get that done today.
