#4 View other's personal profiles

It would be nice to be able to view other user's profiles.
This seems to be a pretty common feature of most
portals.

Places where this would be helpful are:

- Intercessor is thinking about accepting covenant
invitation - could click on user's name and see his profile
- Requestor wants more information about a potential
intercessor
- Could help promote community by finding others with
similar likes (similar to what www.blogger.com does)
