#1 Option to encase output in outer html tags
It would be nice to have the option of wrapping
MarkdownJ's output in html tags through the <body> tag
in order to generate a full, but simple, page. It
would be *extra* nice to extract the content of the
first heading tag (of any level) and populate the
<title> tag with its contents.
Just a thought...
