Improvements to the eventflag API, and some preliminary testing.

Adding prototype event flag blocking object/IPC code.

-Saving message.cpp with ANSI encoding (not UTF-8)

-Adding support for atmega328p based Arduinos (super easy, since both are based on GCC/C++ toolchains)
-Run "export_arduino.sh" to build a zip file containing all necessary kernel source, as well as custom Arduino-specific kernel docs

-Adding Kernel Panic functionality
-Adding safe pointer unlinking for all kernel objects based on LinkListNode class
-Tied kernel panic to asserts and safe-linking violations

Regenerated Docs

-Adding code to support mutex recursion.
-Adding documentation about building under windows

Removed superfluous test directory
Updated PDF docs based on latest changes
This would be a good time to cut a 1.0 branch :)

Fixed find/replace errors in docs (K_SHORT/K_LONG instead of short/long)

Added a proper unit test for mutexes (testing out priority inheritence protocol)
Subsequently fixed priority inheritence protocol.
