Removing unnecessary files

Terminal IO + Shell library, w/demo.

- Adding terminal control/escape character support to terminal library
- New strncmp()-like function to memutil
- Terminal demo is a shell-with-backspace demo.

Updating Arduino headers for new features

New feature - KERNEL_USE_EXTENDED_CONTEXT. This feature can be used to implement Thread Local Storage (TLS) appropriate for a user's application.

Enabling KERNEL_ASSERT() whenever KERNEL_DEBUG() is used. Helpful in conjunction with KERNEL_EXTRA_CHECKS() when running without tracelogger/kernel-aware simulation.

Mark3C support for KERNEL_EXTRA_CHECKS

Fixes for unit-test issues caught during KERNEL_EXTRA_CHECKS testing

Adding training-wheels "KERNEL_EXTRA_CHECKS" flag, which verifies that objects are initialized before use.

- Fixing Arduino export script to accommodate new kernel config changes
- Adding a call to ClearNode() when removing a node from a double-linked list.
- Adding missing Timer class \\brief doxygen tag, which caused it not to be included in the docs.
- Rebuilt docs.
