Mark3C support for KERNEL_EXTRA_CHECKS

Fixes for unit-test issues caught during KERNEL_EXTRA_CHECKS testing

Adding training-wheels "KERNEL_EXTRA_CHECKS" flag, which verifies that objects are initialized before use.

- Fixing Arduino export script to accommodate new kernel config changes
- Adding a call to ClearNode() when removing a node from a double-linked list.
- Adding missing Timer class \\brief doxygen tag, which caused it not to be included in the docs.
- Rebuilt docs.

- Port configuration headers for all platforms, moving defines out of platform.mak and kerneltimer.h
- Updated profile results with accelerated CLZ's in scheduler
