Fixing usage line in export.sh

Adding new panic code for power manager exhaustion. Fixed typo in "Exhausted"

-Update docs to reflect performance improvements

Adding quick and dirty ANSI terminal control object, with basic demo.

Minor optimization to linked-list base classes resulting in a 2.5% reduction in code size with slightly better overall performance.
