Fixing a couple of bugs related to priority threadlists.
Moving eventflags over to use priority threadlists.

Adding priority-based blocklist operations to Blocking and ThreadList classes, allowing for fixed-cost unblock operations (at a cost to block operations).

More makefile optimizations, and fixed compilation of the AVR gui demo.

Hiding debug prints for debug objcopy that are a result of our creative use of elf files...

-Improving the output of the build system to look nicer
-Adding pure-virtual handler to demos that need it explicitly defined.

Many improvements:
-Fixes in arena manager. Adds dynamic, configurable block size support to arena heaps.
-Updated scripts to reference new functionality and targets
-Usual iterative cleanup and updates to arduino targets

Moving services to libs, correcting buffalogger headers as appropriate.

Minor tweaks to buffalogger parser.

Adding buffalogger demo, giving an example of kernel trace logging

Tie in new tracelogger, remove writebuf16 from builds.
