Scrum rules
This section describes the simplified rules used during Scrum meetings of project Maritaca.
Weekly meeting
Schedule: every monday, at 9 AM, in the lab and in the coffee shop
Duration: 1 hour
Objective: revise release, cycle duration, sprints, task, new features etc.
Daily meeting
Schedule: from tuesday to friday, at 9 AM, in the coffee shop
Duration: 10 minutes
Objective: check execution.
Rules
- Any member who is late must pay a candy!
- During the meeting only one person talks at a time.
- When a member reports something that is of interest to other members or needs assistance, any member can immediately arrange for all interested parties to get together imediatelly after the Daily Scrum Meeting.
- Each member should respond (objectively) to the following questions:
- What have you done since the last meeting?
- What will you do between now and the next meeting?
- What impedes you from performing your work as effectively as possible?
